Marjolein Ros
The newest member of OYB's staff is also one of our most accomplished racers.
'Marj', as she's affectionately known has been on a hot streak in 2009, taking wins in the Solo Duathlon categories at the Porirua Grand Traverse, the Crazyman, and the run category of the Hawkins Hill Challenge, beating a multi-World Champ in the process. Marjolein capped off her year with a win at the Lake Taupo Huka Challenge, a tough 80km mountain bike race.
Even when she's suffering and in severe oxygen debt, Marjolein always has a smile on her face as she thrives on the challenge and thrill of competition.
Look out for her at multisport, road, and MTB events (if you can catch her!).

Tony Keith
Tony "The Tiger" Keith is the latest addition to the On Yer Bike team.
Coming off a stellar year in 2009, Tony is looking for more mountain bike success in 2010. He took out the overall series victory ultra-competitive Masters 1 category at the PNP series, claiming a hat-trick of race wins along the way. Also an accomplished runner, he won the run section of the Hawkins Hill challenge, and the Duathlon Teams categories and course records at the Crazyman and Grand Traverse.
We look forward to racing with Tony and some more great results for On Yer Bike Avanti Plus.

Shanon Barnett
Ironman. The name alone is enough to instill trepidation in most people, but for Shanon it only serves to spur him on to greater achievements in this tough sport.
He has completed five Ironman NZ's, finishing in the top 15 twice, winning his age group both times, and an outstanding 6th in age group at the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
Shanon is looking to crack a sub-9 hour time and a top 10 Pro finish, which should be within reach given his commitment and dedication to training and racing at a high level.

Stu Downs
After two years of triathlon Stu has returned to his first sporting passion - Endurance cycling.
With the Taupo Enduro and Maxi Enduro amongst previous events Stu once again completed the 505km Graperide Ultimate in April 2011, finishing with a podium placing. This has left him as the only cyclist to complete both Graperide Ultimate events, and Stu has also ridden the most laps of the Graperide event. (Sights are fixed on the 2014 ten lap Graperide event).
Stu's goal for 2011 is the outdoor 24 hour track record. This is a huge goal and Stu is looking at Taupo for the venue.
Follow Stu's adventures on his blog.
